Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing your technical skills to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, and build data center technology components. - Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure solutions. - Conduct testing efforts to ensure the quality and integrity of infrastructure solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in infrastructure technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of infrastructure technology and architecture. - Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies. - Solid grasp of project management principles and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
