Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients in designing, building, and running an agile and scalable IT infrastructure. Your role will involve standardizing and optimizing the infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and meet dynamic business demands. You will also be responsible for implementing infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center, and operations. Additionally, you will provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis, ensuring smooth operations and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. - Assist in the implementation and deployment of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they are scalable and optimized. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on infrastructure architecture and design. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in infrastructure architecture and design. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software components for infrastructure projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies. - Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols. - Experience in designing and implementing storage solutions for large-scale environments. - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and their impact on infrastructure design. - Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. - Ability to analyze complex infrastructure requirements and propose effective solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE or Btech degree is required.
