Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements. - Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements. - Ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure by monitoring performance and addressing any issues or bottlenecks. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to IT infrastructure. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and other infrastructure components. - Document and maintain accurate records of infrastructure configurations and changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and principles. - Experience in managing and administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. - Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with server hardware and operating systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
