Summary: As an Infrastructure Architect, you will lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments. You will deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solution's cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments. - Deploy solution architectures. - Conduct analysis of alternative architectures. - Create architectural standards. - Define processes to ensure conformance with standards. - Institute solution-testing criteria. - Define a solution's cost of ownership. - Promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures. - Manage and lead the team to perform effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions. - Provide technical solutions and guidance to address challenges. - Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technical environments. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Tomcat Administration, Apache Administration. - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Administration. - Experience in deploying and managing Oracle Fusion Middleware components. - Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server architecture and concepts. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving WebLogic Server issues. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of WebLogic Server. - Solid understanding of Java EE technologies and frameworks. - Experience in scripting languages such as WLST, Shell, or Python. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Experience in implementing security measures for WebLogic Server. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for WebLogic Server. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
