Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zscaler Internet Access Firewall and CyberArk. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Zscaler Internet Access to ensure secure and efficient internet connectivity.Oversee the configuration and management of firewalls to protect the companys network from unauthorized access.Implement and manage CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials.Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify and respond to potential threats.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company data.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the companys security posture.Train and mentor junior team members on security best practices and technologies.Participate in incident response and recovery efforts to minimize the impact of security breaches.Document security incidents and create detailed reports for management review.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Zscaler Internet Access Firewall and CyberArk.Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Hold relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CyberArk Trustee Certification.
