Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appdynamics and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure contributing to the overall success of our projects and the company.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure using Appdynamics.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.Implement and optimize monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions.Analyze system performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling efforts.Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.Provide training and support to junior team members on infrastructure-related topics.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring infrastructure stability and performance.
Qualifications
