Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace AppMon Dynatrace Dynatrace User Experience Management and Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and does not involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Dynatrace AppMon to ensure optimal performance monitoring.
  • Provide expert guidance on Dynatrace User Experience Management to enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
  • Lead the configuration and management of Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynatrace solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor application performance and provide actionable insights to improve system efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynatrace tools.
  • Develop and implement best practices for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all monitoring activities.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Dynatrace tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynatrace technologies and incorporate them into the workflow.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Dynatrace AppMon Dynatrace Dynatrace User Experience Management and Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in generating detailed performance reports and providing actionable insights.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Have experience in training and supporting team members on technical tools and best practices.
