Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics End User Monitoring Dynatrace Zenoss WAS administration IIS web server IBM HTTP Server Apache Webserver Admin and Apache Tomcat Server Admin. This role operates on a hybrid work model with rotational shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage application performance using AppDynamics End User Monitoring to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Utilize Dynatrace for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of application performance issues.
  • Implement and maintain Zenoss for comprehensive IT monitoring and analytics.
  • Administer WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
  • Manage IIS web servers to support and maintain web applications.
  • Oversee IBM HTTP Server configurations and performance tuning.
  • Administer Apache Webserver to ensure secure and efficient web services.
  • Manage Apache Tomcat Server to support Java-based web applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web server and application server issues.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in AppDynamics End User Monitoring and Dynatrace.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Zenoss for IT monitoring and analytics.
  • Have extensive experience in WAS administration and IIS web server management.
  • Show proficiency in managing IBM HTTP Server and Apache Webserver.
  • Exhibit strong skills in Apache Tomcat Server administration.
  • Have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Hold relevant certifications in web server and application server administration.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
