Job Summary

TECHNICAL LEAD Seeking a Systems Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Service Desk App. Nice to have experience in Networking BMC Remedy Service Now Service Desk End User Tools Incident Management Chatbots and Change Lifecycle. Domain skill experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.


Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Service Desk App. You will handle incident management chatbot integration and change lifecycle activities. Additionally you will collaborate with the Asset & Wealth Management team to ensure seamless operations.
