Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansible and possess strong decision-making and writing skills. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our technology infrastructure projects and enhance our operational efficiency. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of Ansible automation solutions to streamline infrastructure processes.Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code using Ansible.Provide technical expertise in Ansible to support various project teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.Ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure by conducting regular assessments and optimizations.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes.Utilize strong decision-making skills to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.Apply excellent writing skills to create clear and concise technical documentation and reports.Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Implement security best practices to safeguard the infrastructure.Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.Provide training and support to team members on Ansible and related technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and standards.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.Must possess excellent decision-making skills to evaluate and implement effective solutions.Must have strong writing skills to create detailed technical documentation.Nice to have experience with other automation tools and technologies.Nice to have knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services.Nice to have experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.Nice to have familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must have a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
