Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) Cisco ISE Switching & Routing Cisco WireShark and Cisco Meraki (Wired & Wireless). This role involves managing and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco ISE to ensure network security.Lead the configuration and management of Cisco Switching & Routing to maintain efficient network operations.Utilize WireShark for network analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.Implement and manage Cisco Meraki (Wired & Wireless) solutions to enhance network performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements.Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams configurations and procedures.Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.Monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reliability.Ensure timely resolution of network incidents and minimize downtime.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) and its implementation.Demonstrate expertise in Cisco ISE for network security management.Have extensive experience in Cisco Switching & Routing for efficient network operations.Be proficient in using WireShark for network analysis and troubleshooting.Show capability in managing Cisco Meraki (Wired & Wireless) solutions.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Be able to conduct network assessments and audits to ensure compliance.Possess the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
