Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Linux Shell scripting Python SQL Server Control-M-Distrib Prod Control Control-M Scheduler and Control-M Batch Operations. Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid role with rotational shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of Oracle databases to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide expertise in Linux system administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Utilize Python for scripting and automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Manage SQL Server databases ensuring data integrity security and performance.
  • Implement and maintain Control-M-Distrib Prod Control ensuring seamless batch processing and job scheduling.
  • Configure and monitor Control-M Scheduler to optimize job workflows and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee Control-M Batch Operations ensuring timely and accurate execution of batch jobs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Oracle database management and optimization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining shell scripts for automation.
  • Be proficient in Python scripting for process automation.
  • Have a solid understanding of SQL Server database management.
  • Be skilled in implementing and managing Control-M-Distrib Prod Control.
  • Have experience with Control-M Scheduler configuration and monitoring.
  • Be knowledgeable in Control-M Batch Operations management.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Consumer Lending domain.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Be a proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
