Job Summary
Provide technical leadership for the delivery team
Should be very good at troubleshooting/diagnosis of Incidents and performing RCA for L1/L2 issues
Responsible for L1/L2 incident resolution and L2/L3 incident escalations
Experience in collaborating with Product Engineering Customer Success & Services teams resolve issues & escalations
Contribute towards Technology Transformation and drive automation initiative
