Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Idaas M365-Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Dynamics 365. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive collaboration and innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Office 365 Idaas solutions to enhance organizational productivity.Oversee the M365-Messaging environment to ensure seamless communication across the company.Provide expertise in M365 Messaging Migration to facilitate smooth transitions and upgrades.Manage and optimize Dynamics 365 for Sales to drive business growth and improve sales processes.Utilize Dynamics 365 to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Office 365 Suite tools for enhanced collaboration.Ensure the security and compliance of all implemented solutions in accordance with company policies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications.Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Office 365 and Dynamics 365 tools.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with business objectives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Idaas and its implementation.Have extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting M365-Messaging environments.Demonstrate expertise in M365 Messaging Migration and related tools.Show proficiency in Dynamics 365 for Sales and its application in business processes.Exhibit strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and its integration capabilities.Have a solid grasp of the Office 365 Suite and its collaborative tools.Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Exhibit a strong understanding of IT security and compliance requirements.Possess a customer-focused mindset to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
