Job Summary
The Infra. Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Automic Workload Automation systems in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Automic Workload Automation systems to ensure seamless operations and enhance system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Automic solutions into existing infrastructure improving overall efficiency.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability of Automic systems.Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Analyze system logs and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Participate in the design and implementation of new Automic features and functionalities to meet evolving business needs.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Automic system management.Conduct regular audits and assessments of Automic systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Automic.Lead initiatives to upgrade and enhance Automic systems ensuring compatibility with emerging technologies.Document processes and procedures related to Automic system management for future reference and training purposes.Stay updated with the latest developments in Automic technologies and incorporate them into the companys infrastructure strategy.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Automic Workload Automation with at least 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate proficiency in managing and optimizing Automic systems in a hybrid work environment.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show experience in developing automation strategies to improve system efficiency.Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Automic system management.Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
