Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION: Oracle Identity Manager Oracle Access Manager Oracle Unified Directory Oracle HTTP Server Oracle Database Oracle BI Publisher Java SKILLS Deep knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management and webserver. Knowledge on application patching activity Must have worked over 11g R2Ps3 or upper versions. User Lifecycle management in OIM. Installation and configuration of oracle products. Support in providing 24x7 production support and to ensure availability and stability of production environments. Troubleshooting OIM with any issues related to connectors or user provisioning. Provisioning and user/account reconciliation. Usability of Design Console. Knowledge in Production Performance tuning. Troubleshoot any issue by checking log events and provide RCA. Familiar with OOTB functionalities. knowledge on creation of Lookups, IT Resources, Resource Objects, Process Definitions, Scheduled Jobs, etc. Sys admin console and all its components. Knowledge of SQL Queries. Creation of Authentication and Authorization policies in OAM. SSO using web gate. Knowledge on Multi factor authentication. SSO using Federation/SAML. Load-balancer configurations in OAM. Knowledge of OAuth and Token generation LDAP Commands using Linux. Usability of OUDSM Configuring BI Publisher for OIM Reports and create custom report. Work experience on UAT and production environments for application integration with OIM. Development in OIM like: Event Handlers, Adapters, Notifications and Schedulers. Certification in OIM. Violation and SOD in OIM. Must have good programming skills in Java. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full time education is required.
