Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification : RedHat Linux Administration preferably with recent RHCERHCSA certification Public Cloud Certifications viz AWS Associate Architect Devops Engineer Google Associate Cloud Engineer
Primary skill: RedHat Linux Administration preferably with recent RHCE/RHCSA certification with 2-3 Yrs relevant experience in administering Linux Systems. Good to have shell scripting knowledge; knowledge and basic work experience on Ansible. Secondary skill: Public Cloud Certifications viz. AWS Associate Architect/Devops Engineer / Google Associate Cloud Engineer Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Configure services running on various platforms. - Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at L1 and L2 levels. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration, RedHat Linux Administration preferably with recent RHCERHCSA certification. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Public Cloud Certifications viz AWS Associate Architect, Devops Engineer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer. - Strong understanding of system administration and maintenance. - Experience in configuring and managing Red Hat OS. - Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with public cloud platforms and services. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A RedHat Linux Administration preferably with recent RHCERHCSA certification is required.
