Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification : Graduate in Engineering preferably in Computer Science Engineering IT ECE or BCAMCA or 3 year Diploma in Computer Science Engineering from university institute recognized by the Govt of India
Role - Network Lead Roles & Responsibilities: Network devices monitoring and maintenance across data centers & Bank remote locations L1 ,L2 & L3 Network NOC Support 24/7 All circuit monitoring and maintenance coordination for DC,DR,NDR and remote locations Vendor coordination for WAN circuit uptime IPAM Management (IPV4, IPV6) VPN, IP-Sec, SD-WAN Management Integration of third-party networks Failover testing for DC,DR,NDR Maintenance & Break-fix support for LAN Growth and capacity planning for network Proactive patch & firmware management User and privilege validation quarterly New link integration, monitoring, and management at DC locations Manage and maintain IP-Schema Policy configuration and system hardening as per Bank SCD standards Manage network inventory and EOSL device list Monitoring, management, configuration of Load balancers Troubleshooting and RCA Failover and failback testing of all devices at Data Centers Routine backup of configurations and secure storage Integration with SIEM tools for monitoring and closure of SOC calls as per defined timelines Provide centralized holistic enterprise IP address space (IPv4 and IPv6 addresses) management across multiple subnets and supernets manage and maintain the LAN port usage Maintain proper labelling, tagging and dressing of Cables used for port terminations. Should have hands on experience of Configuration, Managing &Troubleshooting skills over Major Managed and Unmanaged Networking devices (i.e. Router and Switches) of different OEM (i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE etc). Provide update, upgrade, technical guidance on usage of features and functionality, problem solving and troubleshooting, operational error correction, rectification of bugs in co-ordination with OEMs Knowledge of load balancing setup of Finacle CBS/ UBS version 10.2.18 or higher Front end with vendor/OEM for all issue resolutions Maintain an updated enterprise network architecture diagram BRANCHES and ATM Support All WAN links/circuits to be monitored, managed, and maintained by all ISP, and this includes 8500+ existing sites and future sites includes Branches, E lobbies, DBUs, Offices, ATMs, DC/DR & other offices including international locations WAN link Includes overseas, subsidiaries and all ATM locations Responsible for all carriers including wired and 5G/LTE, bandwidth management, fixing any IP address issues, NAC issues, Device failure, Circuit failure, Patch management, Vendor management etc. Professional & Technical Skills: Should have minimum 7-10 years of experience in relevant technology in a Data Centre environment. Should have experience of onsite work in Data center premises for at least 2 years Should have minimum years of experience as mentioned in the skillset given below. Should have strong working knowledge in skill set mentioned for L1 Network Engineer. Should have working knowledge of ISO OSI and TCP/ IP model. Should able to configure, manage and troubleshoot both IP technologies (i.e. IPv4 and IPv6). Should have hands on experience of Configuration, Managing &Troubleshooting skills over Major Managed and Unmanaged Networking devices (i.e. Router and Switches) of different OEM (i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE etc). Should have hands on experience of Configuration Managing & Troubleshooting skills over Core Networking Devices and Security Devices (i.e. Firewall, IPS /IDS) of different OEMs. Should have working knowledge of different Network Monitoring and Management Tools (Like NNM). Knowledge of load balancing setup of Finacle CBS/ UBS version 10.2.18 or higher Should have working knowledge of different Network Diagnostic Utilities for determining network problems. Should have good understanding of integration of Network services with Desktop and Server environment. Should have hands on experience in configuration, integration and support of LAN and WAN services. Should have experience in closure of SOC issues. Should have good understanding of MPLS, SDWAN technology. Should have minimum 3 years of experience in relevant technology in a Data Centre environment. Should have worked in a Data Centre Environment for at least 2 years. Should have certification in networking like CCNA or equivalent. Must have skills - NNM, MPLS, SDWAN Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
