Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Citrix Infrastructure Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain robust Citrix Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting virtual application and desktop delivery, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability across our enterprise IT ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Cloud infrastructure, including resource locations, Cloud Connectors, and cloud provider integrations. Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments to ensure seamless application and desktop virtualization. Optimize the Citrix environment through capacity planning, performance tuning, and regular platform upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix Cloud and CVAD services, user access, and session connectivity. Implement and manage SAML-based SSO integrations using Okta, ADFS, or other identity providers for secure access. Document infrastructure designs, configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Maintain and monitor Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, Citrix Studio, Director, and StoreFront components. Ensure availability and performance of Citrix environments through proactive monitoring and diagnostics. Conduct regular patch management and maintenance of PVS infrastructure. Lead or assist in Citrix upgrades and farm consolidation initiatives from planning to execution. Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Manage machine catalogs and delivery groups, ensuring accurate desktop provisioning. Troubleshoot application publishing issues and session-related anomalies. Perform certificate management, including renewals and application-level upgrades. Oversee ServiceNow queues for incidents, requests, and change management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of server and network management principles. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with operating system-level technology implementations. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge on PVS patch management , • Knowledge of handling Citrix Solution with SAML SSO through Okta ADFS Any IdP for secured single sign on Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
