Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
Good to have skills : Dynatrace APM, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Azure DevOps

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Good Understanding of SCOM 2012, 2016 and 2019 environment. - Hand-on experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. - In-depth knowledge & hands on experience of SCOM Agent installation, configuration on Windows, and Linux Operation System. - Ability to create Rules, Monitors, reports, views, Groups, Subscriptions, and certificates. - Good Trouble-Shooting Skills. - Ability to write/develop custom SCOM Management Packs. - Experience using the Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM. - Collaborate with team members to actively participate in discussions and contribute to finding solutions. - Resolve work-related problems by analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft PowerShell, Dynatrace APM, Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Have knowledge on Azure, Azure Monitor, Azure Monitor Logs, and Microsoft cloud environment. -Good to have Knowledge on APM Solutions like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights. -Good to have Azure DevOps skills and hand-on experience in creating azure CI/CD pipelines, Source Code management using GIT or Azure Repos. -Good to have knowledge or working experience on Splunk Administration and management. ITIL Knowledge or Certification is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Educational Qualification: Btech or Equivalent
