Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Your expertise in SCCM, and related practices is crucial for success in this role, and familiarity with Azure is an asset. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware/software support and configured services running on various platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication of technical findings. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Good To Have Skills: Experience in other endpoint management tools. Good Customer connect and experience directly working with Customer. Understanding of SCCM architecture, including configuration files. Advanced skill set and enterprise experience across various Microsoft device management and related technologies, including architecture experience in SCCM, EMS/Intune. Extensive architecture and engineering experience in device management (both desktop and server) with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a large corporate enterprise. Deep understanding of SCCM components, roles, interactions, and system dependencies. Significant experience with delivery optimization using BranchCache (Distributed Cache and Hosted Cache) design principals (especially with Windows 10) Experience with PKI certificates and integration with SCCM for internet-based client management. Setting up sites hierarchy in SCCM environment. Application & Driver Packaging experience upgrade as per Microsoft release versions. Troubleshoot content distribution to distribution points, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of software packages, applications, and updates. Investigate and resolve SCCM infra-related issues & incidents, request and create change request for infrastructure modification. Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Proficiency in SCCM infrastructure components, such as site systems, distribution points, boundaries, and content management. Responsible for providing support in-terms of OSD, deployments, patching etc. to L2 support team. Knowledge of Patching Via SCCM and good knowledge of logs. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, WMI Query, Power BI & SQL queries for SCCM reporting is a plus. Additional Information: Relevant Experience: 35 months. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
