Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Role: App/Cloud Support Senior Analyst Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements. Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software. Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers internetworking communications requirements. Configure and troubleshoot WAN/ LAN/ WLAN equipment in a complex environment. Remotely support new installs, circuit upgrades and logical changes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Cisco Data center routing & switching, F5 Load balancer, Viptela SDWAN and Wireless. Good To Have Skills: Azure Cloud and Firewall. Educational Qualification: BS or BA in Engineering, Computer Science or equivale. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, F5 Load Balancers, IPSEC and Viptela SDWAN. Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing. Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets. Identify potential failures and recommend solution. Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions. Provide day to day operational support for the in-scope device Management Services. Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution. Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Extreme cloud patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis. Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management and Excellent knowledge of Advanced Networking and Network Protocols. Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement & Core level debugging. Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident & Change management methodologies. Should be able to drive Network projects & work at the Data center during deployment of Network hardware. Experience with Wireshark or other NAM tools. Additional Information: Certifications in CCNA, CCNP or any other relevant certifications. Should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles. Should have supported Network deployments and experience performing Network transitions/ transformations. Good understanding of procedures, application, and concepts within own subject area. Flexible to work in 24x7 environment.
