Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead Azure GenAI Platform Support Engineer to support and operational excellence of a cutting-edge Azure-based Generative AI Platform The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Azure OpenAI services, AI-enabled workloads, and key Azure PaaS/IaaS services In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining uptime, ensuring security, enabling innovation, and delivering world-class support for GenAI-based applications and services Roles & Responsibilities: -Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: -Lead and mentor a support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations. -Act as the primary point of contact for operations and support for the Azure GenAI platform. -Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational reliability. -Drive operational best practices and continuous improvement across the support function. Azure GenAI Platform Support: -Manage and support GenAI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and AI Translator. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, prompt engineering, APIs, and integration with downstream services. -Ensure adherence to Microsoft’s AI governance, responsible AI guidelines, and data handling policies. Application Platform Support (PaaS): -Provide support and lifecycle management for App Services, Azure Functions, and App Service Plans. -Monitor and tune application performance using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics. -Ensure secure integration and authentication via Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management, and Managed Identities. Data Services Support: -Support and optimize data platforms including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage. -Implement and manage data retention, backup, and recovery policies. -Monitor database performance and resolve connectivity or latency issues. DevOps & CI/CD: -Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, with integrations across Repos, Artifacts, and Boards. -Automate deployments, rollbacks, and environment provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment templates. -Enforce release governance, security scanning, and rollback strategies in alignment with enterprise DevOps standards. Landing Zone & Network Operations: -Support and maintain Azure Landing Zone configurations including resource hierarchies, policies, and access controls. -Troubleshoot network issues involving VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, and Firewall configurations. -Ensure adherence to enterprise networking standards and security practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments. - Familiarity with various operating systems and network configurations. - Ability to implement and support software solutions across different platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
