Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the configuration and maintenance of production and development systems. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the L1 and L2 levels. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems. - Provide support for specific software solutions/vendors/brands. - Assist in implementing technology at the operating system-level. - Monitor and maintain server and network areas. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security protocols. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and operations. - Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance), and scripting for automation,cloud armor, IAM, Azure AD, Identity Aware Proxy Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
