Job Description
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Application Packaging and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, both remotely and onsite. Roles & Responsibilities: - Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or similar role. - Basic knowledge on VMWare - In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting. - Experience with advanced SCCM features, such as application metering and software asset management. - Develop and implement packaging strategies for applications using SCCM, Workplace, and Intune. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and management of applications. - Conduct regular health checks and maintenance of existing packaging solutions. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for packaging issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE, SCCM, Packaging Tool or equivalent is a plus. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to application packaging. - Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in security patching vulnerability management processes. Additional Information: - Knowledge of ITIL best practices. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
