Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : Servicenow Tools Administration, ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services. This role requires a strong understanding of various platforms and software solutions, as well as the ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across all server and network areas. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Ensure the smooth operation of configured services. - Provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues. - Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Assist in the implementation of new software solutions. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow IT Service Management, Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of various platforms and software solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Knowledge of operating system-level implementation. - Familiarity with server and network areas. - Ability to provide L1 and L2 troubleshooting support. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong documentation and knowledge management abilities. - Ability to adapt to new software solutions and technologies. - Experience in on-call support is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
