Job Summary

The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in managing and optimizing infrastructure operations. The candidate will leverage expertise in Azure Platform DNS Windows Server Admin and Active Directory to enhance commercial lending processes. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts ensuring seamless operations without travel requirements.

  • Implement and maintain Azure Platform solutions to ensure high availability and performance
  • Administer DNS configurations to facilitate efficient network communication and security
  • Oversee Windows Server administration tasks to maintain system integrity and reliability
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure expertise to develop scalable and secure cloud solutions
  • Administer Active Directory to manage user access and enhance security protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
  • Develop and enforce policies for infrastructure management to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative work environment
