Job Summary

The Infra Ops Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing infrastructure operations within the Consumer Lending domain. This role requires expertise in Incident Management ServiceNow ITSM Machine Learning AI Ops and Pagerduty. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring seamless infrastructure performance and enhancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
  • Oversee incident management processes utilizing ServiceNow ITSM to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement machine learning and AI Ops solutions to enhance operational efficiency and predict potential disruptions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize Pagerduty for effective incident response and communication across teams.
  • Analyze incident trends and provide insights to improve infrastructure stability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Consumer Lending domain to align infrastructure operations with business goals.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all infrastructure operations.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and maintain operational continuity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure operations and service delivery.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in incident management and proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Demonstrate expertise in machine learning and AI Ops to drive operational efficiency.
  • Have a solid understanding of Pagerduty for effective incident response.
  • Bring domain knowledge in Consumer Lending to align operations with business needs.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
