Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.Provide expert support and troubleshooting for IT Service Management processes.Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance IT operations.Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and improving system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure processes and procedures.Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.Lead the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance IT operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT Service Management.Provide training and support to team members on ITOM and Dynatrace tools.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of IT services.Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in IT Service Management demonstrating a deep understanding of ITIL processes.Have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM showcasing the ability to implement and manage ITOM solutions effectively.Demonstrate proficiency in using Dynatrace for system monitoring and performance optimization.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT infrastructure issues.Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure operations in a hybrid work environment.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
