Key expectations from the role are
- Candidate should have extensive work experience in supporting Network operations environment. Will need to own technical issue and drive end to end resolution working with internal and external stake holders.
- Expert hands-on with Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC, Data center, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless, Cisco SDA, Cisco ISE, Routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience on Next Generation Firewalls as Checkpoint, Palo Alto products.
- Hands on knowledge on IPS products.
- Understanding of security solutions as Cisco Umbrella, Skybox.
- Understanding of Infoblox solution for IPAM, DHCP, DNS.
- Hands-on with Load balancers [F5], F5-ASM
- Network Architecture Review, Design and deployment
- Knowledge of Blue coat and Zscaler proxy will be preferred.
- Lead crisis calls and drive to incident resolution
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Virtualization technologies
- Familarity with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications as CCNP/CCIE.
- Dynamic & Self driven to own and drive problems to resolution
