Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Grafana and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions to support business objectivesMonitor and optimize system performance using GrafanaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure componentsImplement and manage infrastructure automation toolsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issuesEnsure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standardsDevelop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and proceduresParticipate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activitiesConduct regular system audits and performance tuningLead the implementation of infrastructure projects from planning to executionProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesContribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure practices and processes
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Grafana for monitoring and optimizing system performanceHave experience with infrastructure automation tools and techniquesDemonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for infrastructure issuesShow knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance standardsExhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsHave excellent documentation skills for infrastructure processes and proceduresDisplay experience in capacity planning and infrastructure scalingShow ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning to executionProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersStay updated with industry trends and technologiesContribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure practicesHave a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience
