Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana and Dynatrace AppMon along with domain experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to optimizing our infrastructure and enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of Splunk Admin to ensure efficient data analysis and monitoring.
- Oversee the integration of SRE practices to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Provide expertise in Grafana to create insightful dashboards for real-time data visualization.
- Implement Dynatrace AppMon to monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure for Medicare and Medicaid Claims processing.
- Ensure seamless claims processing by maintaining robust infrastructure and addressing any technical challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve payer systems ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Support the hybrid work model by coordinating with remote and on-site teams to maintain productivity.
- Utilize domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims to drive system enhancements and efficiencies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely solutions to prevent disruptions in claims processing.
