Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal and ServiceNow ITSM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure ensuring seamless service delivery and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal to ensure optimal performance and user experience.Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules to streamline IT service management processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications to resolve issues promptly.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health and efficiency.Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and workflows.Develop custom scripts and applications within the ServiceNow platform to enhance functionality.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities to leverage new capabilities.Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Provide regular status updates and reports to management on project progress and system performance.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM modules.Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.Have experience with web technologies including HTML CSS and AngularJS.Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and customizations.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Show experience in working in a hybrid work model.Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
