Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 10 to 14 years of expertise particularly in Dynatrace AppMon. The ideal candidate will contribute to our Property & Casualty Insurance domain projects. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to infrastructure development ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Dynatrace AppMon to ensure system reliability and performance.Oversee the monitoring and analysis of application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Provide technical expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to enhance project outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions seamlessly into existing systems.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to support operational excellence.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.Optimize infrastructure resources to achieve cost efficiency and scalability.Implement security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to anticipate future infrastructure needs.Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Participate in project planning and execution to align infrastructure goals with business objectives.Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and support innovation.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Dynatrace AppMon for infrastructure monitoring and optimization.Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify improvement opportunities.Exhibit knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to contribute effectively to relevant projects.Show proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common infrastructure goals.Display excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.
