Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of our infrastructure ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD.Provide technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices for infrastructure development and maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow modules.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.Provide training and support to team members on ServiceNow functionalities.Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD.Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure development.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
