Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgmt ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow ITAM ServiceNow FSM ServiceNow CSM and ServiceNow ITOM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure development processes and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITAM FSM CSM and ITOM to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Oversee the strategic portfolio management within ServiceNow to align projects with business objectives and ensure optimal resource utilization.Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement ServiceNow workflows and integrations.Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform by performing regular maintenance updates and troubleshooting.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and processes.Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to maximize the platforms potential.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and new module implementations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as needed.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure development processes and methodologies.Drive innovation and efficiency by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgmt ITSM ITAM FSM CSM and ITOM.Demonstrate the ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.Have experience in training and supporting end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.Display strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders as needed.Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and new module implementations.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure development processes and methodologies.Drive innovation and efficiency by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
