Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for automation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and understand business requirements. Design and develop Robotic Process Automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. Analyse and document existing business processes and identify areas for automation. Create technical design documents including process flows solution architecture and detailed specifications. Develop test and deploy RPA bots to automate identified processes. Perform unit testing troubleshooting and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts quality assurance and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends tools and best practices and proactively apply them to enhance automation capabilities.
