Infra & cyber security lead

Role Overview

The Infra & Cyber Security Lead will own the end-to-end technology foundation of the organization covering global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity governance, risk management, platform security, vendor management, compliance, and business continuity. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Global Infrastructure Leadership Own and operate global IT infrastructure Globally across multiple offices and remote workforce Ensure high availability, scalability and resilience of systems and networks Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure Implement secure global connectivity (VPN, SASE/SSE) Oversee endpoint, server, storage, backup and collaboration systems Drive infrastructure modernization and cost optimization Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance Define and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap Establish and maintain security policies, standards and procedures Implement Zero Trust architecture across identity, network and endpoints Develop risk metrics, KRIs and executive dashboards Ensure ongoing cyber maturity improvement . SOC, Threat Detection & Incident Response Oversee SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and vulnerability management Build incident response playbooks and run tabletop exercises Lead investigations, root cause analysis and remediation Coordinate with regulators, auditors and legal teams during incidents Platform & Application Security Secure HALO platform and internal applications Implement DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices Drive API security, secrets management and access governance Compliance & Data Privacy Lead ISO 27001 certification and compliance initiatives Ensure GDPR and global data protection compliance Manage audit readiness and regulatory reporting IT Asset & Vendor Management Oversee lifecycle of IT assets and technology vendors Evaluate and onboard security and infrastructure solutions Manage contracts, renewals and vendor risk Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Define RTO/RPO objectives and DR architecture Conduct DR and BCP drills regularly Ensure resilience of mission-critical systems Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate cyber risk to leadership and board Partner with Finance, Legal and Engineering teams Globally Build and mentor high-performing teams Candidate Profile 1015 years experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity leadership preferably in a Global role. Experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS or global technology organizations preferred. Strong expertise in SOC, incident response, IAM, cloud security and compliance. Experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST or similar Global GRC frameworks. Strong leadership and communication skills a strong ask for this senior role
