About the Role

Infra Automation Lead

Exp: 10 to 15 years

Loc: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Strong scripting expertise in Bash and PowerShell (critical requirement) for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, provisioning, and large-scale automation.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Deep understanding in the Infrastructure Discovery and migration process.
• Proven experience to review the backend code written in Python.
• Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid/cloud migration patterns.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, secure, and resilient automation platforms.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams of 815 members, both technically and functionally.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience managing distributed and remote teams across geographies.
• Demonstrated capability to balance technical debt, feature delivery, and operational stability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to drive engineering best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.
