We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialis t to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and network operations that support our rapid growth. Immediate joiners are preferred and will be given priority.


Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Server Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
  • Monitor system health and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Manage server roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

2. User Account & Access Management

  • Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.
  • Handle login issues, password resets, and access requests.

3. Software & Patch Management

  • Install and update system software and security patches regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing and policies.

4. Backup & Recovery

  • Implement and monitor system backup processes.
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution.


Network Support Responsibilities:

1. Network Infrastructure Support

  • Support and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.

2. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Use monitoring tools to detect and respond to network outages or anomalies.
  • Perform routine testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues quickly.

3. Security & Compliance

  • Apply network and system security best practices, including firewall rules, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.


General IT Support:

8. Helpdesk & User Support

  • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist users with issues related to PCs, printers, mobile devices, and applications.

9. Documentation

  • Maintain technical documentation of system and network configurations, procedures, and incident logs.
  • Create user guides or SOPs for internal use.

10. Collaboration & Project Support

Work with IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and product solutions.


Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in related field

Qualification: Degree, Certifications in Hardware & Networking
