Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The IT Support Engineer will handle technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage systems, and provide effective help desk support. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, solving system issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for clients and team members.

Qualifications & Job role

• Strong expertise in Technical Support and Application & DBA Support
• Proficient in addressing and resolving Information Technology and Troubleshooting challenges
• Experience and skills in System Administration for both hardware and software systems
• Ability to provide top-quality customer support and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Help monitor server health, logs, and basic performance metrics.
• Support deployment of new releases, patches, and updates.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Experience in IT service management tools or certification in relevant IT disciplines is an advantage
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Eagerness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and willingness to take guidance.
