Information Technology Support Engineer

Job Description:

Kriasol Technologies is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure across IT infrastructure, end-user support, and real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, basic networking, and common business applications.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, system setup, and access management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve IT issues within defined SLAs.
• Maintain basic documentation, asset records, and support tickets.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and LAN concepts.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced support environment.
