Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Ecorework in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, system administration, and help desk support.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Hands on experience of OKTA, OAuth, SAML
• Workflow automation using OKTA, SAML, and Ticketing tool.
• Information Technology and System Administration skills
• Help Desk Support experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred candidate profile

• Has experience in OKTA and JAMF
• Has experience in GSuite and MacOS, FreshService Ticketing tool.
• Hunger to learn, Figuring it out attitude
• Problem-solving ability, ability to work with management
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
