Information Technology Support Analyst (IFS)

Youll provide functional support for IFS ERP , especially in Financials and HR modules, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP and business systems across domains (CRM, HR/FIN, PLM, RPA, TMS, etc.)
• Monitor and manage support tickets via Service Desk+
• Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Drive process improvements and contribute to major incident management efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications as a Functional Support Consultant or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of IFS Financials module
• Experience with IFS HR module is a plus
• Knowledge of financial processes in a multinational manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills in English
• Quick learner with analytical and evaluative abilities
• High initiative and self-motivation in learning new technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Able to work in Rotational shifts with overlap to US CST hours (7 AM 5 PM CST) including night shift, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ERP systems like Epicor, QAD, Sage
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
