Job Description
Youll provide functional support for IFS ERP , especially in Financials and HR modules, and collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP and business systems across domains (CRM, HR/FIN, PLM, RPA, TMS, etc.)
- Monitor and manage support tickets via Service Desk+
- Collaborate with global IT and business teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training
- Drive process improvements and contribute to major incident management efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with IFS Applications as a Functional Support Consultant or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IFS Financials module
- Experience with IFS HR module is a plus
- Knowledge of financial processes in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English
- Quick learner with analytical and evaluative abilities
- High initiative and self-motivation in learning new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Able to work in Rotational shifts with overlap to US CST hours (7 AM 5 PM CST) including night shift, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other ERP systems like Epicor, QAD, Sage
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
