Job Description
We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager IT Outsourcing, Strategy and Governance for a BFSI client of ours.
Role Overview
This role will lead IT outsourcing governance, technology risk, network operations, and resilience frameworks in a regulated BFSI environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern IT outsourcing strategy, vendor performance, and RBI compliance
- Lead vendor risk assessments, assurance testing, and audit closures (ITRA, IS, internal/statutory)
- Oversee enterprise network architecture and operations
- Drive cybersecurity risk management, VAPT coordination, and IT risk assurance
- Govern Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy, including DR drills and RTO/RPO adherence
Experience & Background
- 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, Outsourcing, Network Operations, ITRA, BCM/DR within BFSI/NBFC
- Strong understanding of RBI IT & cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven experience in vendor governance, audits, DR execution, and stakeholder management
