• Must have knowledge on the SAP technology specially on MM and SD module operation and management
• SAP Basis activities to perform system up and running

• Oversee Technology Operations: Manage and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to support the organizations strategic goals.
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Supervise IT managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of quality services.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure the organizations IT infrastructure is secure and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance the organizations IT capabilities
• Must have knowledge and awareness on the latest technology and trend specially AI platform usage will be added advantages.
• Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, and data centers).
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
• Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, vendor management, and lifecycle tracking.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and resilience.
• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
• Oversee IT helpdesk, incident management, and service delivery to ensure user satisfaction.
• Define and monitor KPIs/SLAs for IT operations and support functions.
• Implement ITIL best practices for service management, change management, and problem resolution.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT project requirements and deliverables.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Align IT strategy with business goals to enable growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce IT security protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Lead and mentor IT operations and infrastructure teams.
• Foster collaboration with business units to deliver efficient IT solutions.
• Develop training plans to upskill IT staff in emerging technologies and best practices.
