- Must have knowledge on the SAP technology specially on MM and SD module operation and management
- SAP Basis activities to perform system up and running
- Oversee Technology Operations: Manage and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to support the organizations strategic goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise IT managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of quality services.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the organizations IT infrastructure is secure and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance the organizations IT capabilities
- Must have knowledge and awareness on the latest technology and trend specially AI platform usage will be added advantages.
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, and data centers).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, vendor management, and lifecycle tracking.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and resilience.
- Manage daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
- Oversee IT helpdesk, incident management, and service delivery to ensure user satisfaction.
- Define and monitor KPIs/SLAs for IT operations and support functions.
- Implement ITIL best practices for service management, change management, and problem resolution.
- Lead IT projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT project requirements and deliverables.
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Align IT strategy with business goals to enable growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce IT security protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Lead and mentor IT operations and infrastructure teams.
- Foster collaboration with business units to deliver efficient IT solutions.
- Develop training plans to upskill IT staff in emerging technologies and best practices.
