Roles and Responsbilities:

5+ years of experience working in a compliance monitoring role in the areas of information security, information technology, or emerging technologies.
Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures based on best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Hands-on experience with penetration testing and vulnerability management.
Hands on experience in reviewing Splunk access logs, understanding and monitoring of IT control performance, and follow-up for resolution
Experience on working with large sets of data, performing detailed analysis, identifying false positives, and other data debugging activities
Good understanding of industry standards and regulations including COBIT, COSO, and SOX Demonstrates an analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach, and ability to look at the bigger picture.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent.

Certifications like CISA, CISSP is preferred, though not mandatory
