Information Technology Specialist

Roles and Responsbilities:

• 5+ years of experience working in a compliance monitoring role in the areas of information security, information technology, or emerging technologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures based on best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and vulnerability management.
• Hands on experience in reviewing Splunk access logs, understanding and monitoring of IT control performance, and follow-up for resolution
• Experience on working with large sets of data, performing detailed analysis, identifying false positives, and other data debugging activities
• Good understanding of industry standards and regulations including COBIT, COSO, and SOX Demonstrates an analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach, and ability to look at the bigger picture.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent.

Certifications like CISA, CISSP is preferred, though not mandatory
