Requirement 1 :

ServiceNow Portal

Location: Hyderabad | Chennai | Pune | Bengaluru | Mumbai | Kolkata Hybrid (Client Office)

Experience Level: Senior (5-8 years)

Work Mode: 3 days to office (Hybrid)

Schedule: 9:00 am 6:00 pm IST / Standard business hours with occasional off-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities:

*Portal development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Service Portals and Employee Centers on the ServiceNow platform, creating a seamless and user-friendly experience.

*Front-end development: Build and configure custom widgets, pages, and components using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS.

*User experience: Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional and engaging portal features that are responsive and accessible on various devices.

*Service Catalog development: Implement and enhance the Service Catalog by building request forms, dynamic catalog items, and workflows within the Service Portal.

*Scripting: Write, test, and debug both client-side and server-side scripts to enhance portal functionality and automate processes, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

*Testing and QA: Conduct thorough testing of portal components and new features, including writing Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests to ensure quality and prevent regression.

*Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and adhere to Agile development methodologies.

*Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all portal development and configuration.

*Required skills and qualifications

*Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Service Portal, Employee Center, or Agent Workspace.

*Technical skills:

*Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

*Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, including the Service Portal framework, widgets, and UI pages.

*Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS.

Experience with ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts).

*Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations."

Requirement 2 :

ServiceNow SPM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)/ITBM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically modules like Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Ideas, Resource Management, and Agile Development. This role will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and enhancing the SPM suite to meet business needs, streamline portfolio governance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules, including:

Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management

Resource and Time Tracking

Financial Planning (if enabled)

Agile 2.0 (Scrum Programs, Epics, Stories, etc.)

Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts

Integrate SPM with other modules like ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM where necessary

Build dashboards and reports for portfolio performance, resource utilization, and project health

Perform unit testing, support UAT, and provide deployment documentation

Support data migrations, import sets, and transform maps for legacy data

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards Required Qualifications:

47 years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 3+ years working specifically on SPM or ITBM

Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, etc.) on the platform

Experience in configuring Portfolio Workbench, Program dashboards, and project templates

Time management (Positive and Negative) skill set with expertise in writing PCRs and Schemas. Good to have additional skills in Canada Payroll or HCM modules.

Working experience of AMS environment

Knowledge of working on testing tools like HP ALM, JIRA etc..

Test strategy and planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI builder, GRC, and custom-built application integrations.

Test automation: Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Execution and analysis: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results, track and report defects, and substantiate the quality of the application.

Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.

Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Consulting skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively.
