Job Overview:

Monkhub Innovations is seeking a results-driven IT Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of software solutions and emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AR/VR/XR, AI, Game Development, and Web/Mobile Applications.

Based in Gurgaon, this full-time role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, account management, solution pitching, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in IT services sales, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to selling technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Engagement: Engage with inbound and outbound B2B leads to understand how our technology solutions can address client business needs.
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client requirements, technical challenges, and business goals.
  • Solution & Proposal Development: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Client Communication & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end client communication, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Deal Closure: Own the sales cycle from initial discussion to contract signing, coordinating with legal and operations teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, follow-ups, and reporting using CRM tools.


Requirements


  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B IT services or software sales.
  • Industry Exposure: Hands-on exposure to selling solutions in Blockchain, AR/VR/XR, AI, Game Development, or Web/Mobile Applications.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Experience in preparing proposals, commercials, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
