Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales professional with 2+ years of experience in IT service-based and SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Services and SaaS solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/SaaS solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demos
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for solution alignment
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions


Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales (IT services and/or SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud services, and IT offerings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with B2B sales and enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS products, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services
  • Knowledge of international markets or outbound sales is a plus
  • MBA or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
